Who we are
Key Community Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation. Key Community Solutions LLC operates the incubator programme. Both are reachable through the contact details on our contact page.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us.
- Forms. When you use our contact, volunteer or incubator application forms we store the name, email address, phone number and message you enter.
- Donations. When you donate we store your name, email address and the amount and date of your gift. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Orders. When you buy from our store we store your name, email address, billing and delivery address, and what you ordered. Card details are handled by our payment processor.
- Accounts. If you create an account or enrol on a course we store your username, email address and your progress through the course.
- Technical data. Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to process a donation or an order, to run the incubator programme, to keep records our auditors and regulators require, and, where you have asked for it, to send you news about our work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We share only what is necessary with the services that run this site on our behalf: our web host, our payment processor for donations and purchases, and our email delivery provider. Each of those handles your data under its own agreement with us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are useful to us and then removed. Donation and order records are kept for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every email we send about our work has an unsubscribe link. Write to us using the details on our contact page and we will respond.
Cookies
This site sets cookies that are needed for it to work: keeping your shopping basket, keeping you signed in, and remembering your form progress. We do not run advertising cookies.

If we change this policy we will update this page and change the date below.
