Our programs
A pathway, not a one-off program.
We use one sequence: stabilize the person, strengthen character, remove barriers, then build a skill that pays. That is Access, Literacy, and Legacy in practice.

Case Management
Individual plans with SMART goals and regular check-ins. We name the barrier — ID, childcare, record, transport, housing — and work it until it moves.

Advocacy & Job Search
Resumes, interviews, applications, and direct handoffs to employers and training sites.

Health, Wellness & Wraparound
Crisis support plus connections to food, hygiene, clothing, benefits, healthcare, and family stability.

Violence Interruption & Hospital-Linked Support
Peer advocacy and violence-prevention work in partnership with Safe Streets / MONSE. Hospital affiliation for Maryland Medicaid Community Violence Prevention services is in development.

Workforce Pathways & Business Incubation
Certification tracks such as CDL, forklift, OSHA, IT/CCNA, GED, and healthcare credentials, plus a twelve-week startup incubator. Delivered with community training partners.
